Blend coconut water, spinach, banana, and pineapple for a hydrating and nutritious green smoothie. A tropical twist on a healthy beverage.


  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or kale leaves
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Optional: Chia seeds, flaxseeds, or protein powder


In a blender, combine the coconut water, ripe banana, fresh spinach or kale leaves, pineapple chunks, mango chunks, and lime juice.

If you’re using chia seeds, flaxseeds, or protein powder, you can add them to the blender as well.

Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is smooth and creamy.

Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more fruit or a touch of honey if desired.

Pour the coconut water green smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
