Mix coconut water with chopped fruits. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze. Enjoy these refreshing and healthy coconut water and fruit popsicles on hot days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • Assorted fresh fruits (such as berries, kiwi, pineapple, mango, etc.)
  • Optional: Honey or agave syrup for sweetness

Directions

Prepare your chosen fruits by washing, peeling, and chopping them into small pieces.

Fill popsicle molds with the chopped fruits, leaving a little space at the top for the coconut water.

If you’d like your popsicles sweeter, you can drizzle a bit of honey or agave syrup over the fruit.

Pour coconut water into the molds over the fruit, filling them to the top.

Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.

Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Once the popsicles are frozen, carefully remove them from the molds by running warm water over the molds for a few seconds.
