Coconut Milk Powder Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons coconut milk powder
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
• Pinch of salt
• 1 cup hot water or milk (dairy or non-dairy)
• Optional toppings: whipped cream, marshmallows, chocolate shavings

Directions

1. In a mug, combine the coconut milk powder, cocoa powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
2. Heat the water or milk until hot, but not boiling.
3. Pour the hot water or milk into the mug with the dry ingredients.
4. Stir well until all ingredients are fully dissolved and combined.
5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more sugar.
6. If desired, top with whipped cream, marshmallows, or chocolate shavings.
