Coconut-Crusted Chicken Tenders

Coat chicken tenders with coconut flakes and bake until golden. Serve with a dipping sauce for crispy and delicious coconut-crusted chicken tenders.


  • 1 lb chicken tenders or chicken breast strips
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dipping sauce of your choice (sweet chili sauce, mango chutney, etc.)


Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine the shredded coconut and breadcrumbs.

Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper.

Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, then coat it with the coconut-breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.

Serve the coconut-crusted chicken tenders with your favorite dipping sauce.
